Monday 10 - 11 am Yoga in Chairs. This class is perfect for seniors, those recovering from illness or injury, or those who have not exercised in awhile. Anyone who needs a gentle approach to exercise.
Monday 6:00 - 7:00 pm Restorative Yoga. Perfect for shaking off the monday stress factor. Poses targeting the key stress trigger points, such as the shoulders, hamstrings, jaw line, etc. Appropriate for all levels in good physical health. Tuesday 4 - 5 pm Hatha Wednesday 8:30 - 9:30 am Hatha Designed for those who want a workout and stress release. Appropriate for all levels in good physical health.
Thursday 8:30 - 9:30 am Gentle Mat This class is designed to provide a gentle yoga experience for those who may not feel challenged by the chair class and too challenged in the vinyasa classes.
Thursday 5:30 - 6:30 Hatha Vinyasa For the more experienced practitioner. This challenging vinyasa class will wake up every aspect of your being. A foundation of yoga is recommended but not required.
