Kat Robinson is the owner and director of Active Kat Yoga, the developer of "Sewing Yoga," a therapeutic yoga program designed to alleviate the aches and pains associated with sewing. She is the author of “I Almost Died! Reinventing Yourself with Yoga and Meditation After Traumatic Illness or Injury." 
Her lighthearted, fun, approach to yoga leaves everyone taking her class feeling the natural energy she brings to a room.
Kat is an AFPA and Fitour certified advanced yoga instructor and has also earned her diplomas in Meridian Psychotherapy (E.F.T.), Qigong and Acupressure from Stonebridge Associated College. She is a non traditional Usui Reiki Master.
Kat is a member of Fitour, AFPA, Idea, The International Association of Yoga Therapists. 
Kat produced and starred in the  DVD, Sewing Yoga and it is a popular item in sewing rooms around the world.
Kat, Active Kat Yoga, and Sewing Yoga have been featured in Fit Yoga, Sew News, Sewing World (UK), Healing Lifestyles and Spas, Threads, Quilter's Home, Om, Yoga, and Lifestyle (UK), Yoga Natural Living (UK & US), Stitch.
